ANTIQUE COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY REVOLVER. Cal. 45 Colt. SN 104683. Blue & case colored with 7-1/2″ bbl, 1-line block letter address with 3-line patent dates on frame & caliber marked on left front web of trigger guard. Fitted with 1-pc carved ox head ivory grips. CONDITION: Good to very good, all matching. Bbl & cylinder both bear last four digits of serial number. Bbl retains traces of orig blue in sheltered areas with balance of revolver a smooth mottled medium gray patina with moderate muzzle edge wear. Cylinder has fine pitting on outer diameter. Grips are slightly shrunken from frame & show moderate wear with numerous age lines and a medium to dark yellow patina. Will not hold on safety notch, otherwise mechanics are fine. Strong bright bore with a few scattered spots of light pitting. 4-57577 JR263 (2,000-3,000)
