PAIR OF CLOISONNE VASES. Ch’ien Lung Period (1735-1796)m China. Flattened double gourd shape. Pierced decoration of flowers of the four seasons, chrysanthemum, prunus, peony and lotus with archaic scrolling with bats and stylized flowers. All surfaces heavily gilded on turquoise ground. Accompanied by rosewood stands. SIZE: 15″ h. CONDITION: Minor loss and damage throughout, otherwise good. 7-73732 (600-800)
