MODEL 1833 ENLISTED DRAGOON SABER. Blade marked “N.P. AMES CUTLER SPRINGFIELD 1839”, complete with scabbard. Inspector mark “JH” on blade and “WS” quillon and “JM” on scabbard drag. CONDITION: Guard has a few small bends, grip is fine with about 100% leather wrap and all twisted wire. Blade has been cleaned, part of makers mark and “United States” on blade are weak. Scabbard has several small dents near drag. 4-49885 JS29 (700-800)
