*WEATHERBY MARK V STAINLESS STEEL BOLT ACTION RIFLE. SN SS006534. Cal. 270 WBY Mag. 26″ round tapered stainless steel bbl made without sights. Left side at receiver is marked “Use only/.270 WBY Mag./(Weatherby Mag.)”. Standard Mark V stainless action, left side at chamber is marked “MARK V/US.PATENT NO. 3XXX”. Center left side “WEATHERBY/ATASCADERO CA.” Rear left side “MADE IN U.S.A.”. Top with silver Leopold rings and bases holding Leopold Vari-XII 6-18 AO silver scope. Mounted with black synthetic all weather stock with press checkering on sides of forend and pistol grip, Monte Carlo with left side cheek piece and Weatherby Mark solid black recoil pad. Accompanied with black basket weave leather sling in original box. PROVENANCE: Dr. Charles Bradley, Lubbock, TX. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Gun appears new and test fired only. Gun retains virtually all of its original factory finish with some minor dark spots near the muzzle. Scope is bright and clear with duplex, sling is equally new as well as box. 9-21205 (750-1,500)
