IMPORTANT PORCELAIN BOTTLE VASE. 18th century, China. Probably Kang H’si (1662-1722) Period. Decorated overall with flowering prunus in famille verte enamels on an iron red ground. An underglaze blue double ring in the base. Fitted on a hardwood stand. SIZE: 18″ h. PROVENANCE: Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Deacon, of St. Louis, MO to Arthur’s daughter who resided in Boston, Massachusetts, by descent through the family to the current owner. Accompanying this lot is an early 19th century photograph within which this bottle vase is illustrated. CONDITION: Very good. 7-73604 (800-1,200)
