WELCH SPRING & CO. REGULATOR #1 ROSEWOOD HANGING REGULATOR CLOCK. Fourth quarter of the 19th Century. The rosewood case with arched molded cornice flanked by large finials. The dial with double time apertures and Roman Numeral chapter ring. The canted corners applied with columns. Fitted with a double weight, time only weight driven movement. Pendulum, door key & weights present. SIZE: 67″ h x 22-3/4″ w x 8-1/2″ d. PROVENANCE: Dr. Charles Bradley, Lubbock, TX. CONDITION: Nicely rubbed down case with minor restoration, dial appears to have been repainted. 9-21042 (7,000-8,000)
