LEMAT GRAPE SHOT REVOLVER. .42 caliber cylinder and .64 shotgun bbl. Bbl marked “Col Le Mat Bte s.g.d.g. Paris”. Matching serial numbers found on bbl, loading arm, plunger, loading arm screw, rammer, cylinder, frame, trigger and shotgun cylinder. This gun came from the Lockwood Estate and was supposedly bought with holster catalog number 403 (which will be sold immediately after this gun.) SN 1792. CONDITION: Very good to fine. Bbl exhibits approximately 50% blue finish with medium pitting near breech, shotgun cylinder smooth and brown. Frame exhibits traces of finish otherwise smooth and brown. Cylinder is sharp gray-brown. Stocks show light wear with excellent checkering. Mechanics are good. 4-49828 JS12 (12,000-15,000)
