*WINCHESTER MODEL 64 LEVER ACTION RIFLE. Cal. 30-30. SN 1798573. Standard grade rifle that has been after-market engraved and the wood checkered. It has a 24-1/4″ tapered rnd bbl, ramp front sight with hood, standard rear sight, 2/3 magazine, semi-beavertail forearm & semi-pistol grip stock with checkered steel buttplate. Both sides of the receiver & lever have been very nicely engraved with game scene vignettes of a white tail buck on the left side and an elk on the right side, surrounded by about 70% coverage foliate arabesque patterns with stippled background. Wood has been checkered in elaborate fleur-de-lis patterns. CONDITION: As noted. Extremely fine. Both metal & wood retain most of their beautiful custom finish.
