LOT OF FOUR RARE CARDS OF COLLECTIBLE BUTTONS. Card #1: Six Harrison campaign buttons, circa 1840. PC146B, PC160A, PC148A, PC152A, PC153A2, PC155A. Card #2: 16 Ferrotype portrait buttons and a later picture button. One of the ferrotypes showing two women and set as a pin. Card #3: Having 28 silver buttons including a 30mm round button with engraved running fox and banner “Tally-Ho”. Three art nouveau maiden profiles, two having English hallmarks. Card #4: Small card in velvet frame with ten portrait buttons in glass, gutta-percha and brass. SIZE: Card #1: Range from 20mm to 23mm. Card #2: Range from 12mm to 31mm. Card #3: Range from 10mm to 35mm. Card #4: Range from 8mm to 18mm. PROVENANCE: From an advanced central New Hampshire collector’s Estate. CONDITION: Generally good. 9-93713-1 (1,000-2,000)
