COLT SECOND MODEL DRAGOON REVOLVER. Cal .44. 7-1/2” part oct bbl. All matching numbers including the wedge. The wedge spring and screw are replacements. There is “U.S” on the left side of the frame under the Colt’s patent marks. There are no other inspector marks or cartouches. SN 9054. CONDITION: Brown patina with light to moderate pitting on the iron parts. The cylinder scene is entirely missing. All of the pins on the rear of the cylinder have been mashed flat. At least two of the nipples have been replaced. Grips show heavy wear at the base and are slightly undersized. Action is good. 4-49200 FS163 (5,000-8,000)
