LEONARD BUGGY RIFLE. Cal. 44. 16” part octagonal bbl, marked “GEO. O. LEONARD / KEENE N.H. / CAST-STEEL”. Mounted with adjustable lollypop sight on the tang and globe front sight at the front. Dbl set triggers. CONDITION: Fine overall. 80% brown on the bbl and ramrod pipes mixed with scattered light pitting. Dark patina on the brass. Engraved “G. GOULCHER” lockplate shows traces of casehardening color. Stock retains about 90% of its original varnish with minor scratches and dents. 4-52941 FS96 (900-1,200)
