A landscape with windmill can be seen through window and the room is outfitted with furniture and accessories. Signed bottom right “F. C. Artz” and titled on back of canvas. Housed in its original fancy decorated frame. Little can be found about this artist though listed in Davenports as an American artist. SIZE: 28″ x 19″. PROVENANCE: From a New Hampshire home.
