NEW ENGLAND QUEEN ANNE MAPLE AND PINE TAVERN TABLE. Mid 18th century. The rectangular scrubbed pine top with bread board ends projecting above the conforming frieze fitted with a single thumbmolded drawer raised on swelled cylindrical tapering legs with ringed cuffs, the base of maple. Base in old bittersweet red paint over traces of blue/gray paint. SIZE: 26″ h x 35-1/4″ w x 22-3/4″ d. CONDITION: Structurally very good. Top original to base. Drawer original with heavy and pronounced chamfering to bottom. Very good overall. 9-22087 (1,800-2,200)
