LARGE CHINESE BLUE & WHITE PORCELAIN FIGURE ON THRONE. Mid 20th century. Depicting a gentleman with cap attired in a long robe with cape decorated overall with fanciful blue dragons and cloud bands, seated on an ornate throne. The arms wrapped with fanciful serpents. The throne raised on humanoid bare feet beneath a leopard mask on a conforming straight sided plinth. No markings of any sort observed. SIZE: 25″ h x 16″ w x 13-3/4″ d. PROVENANCE: From a large Boston, MA area Estate. CONDITION: Very good with normal casting cracks. 9-99303 (1,000-2,000)
