18KT LADY’S RETRO WATCH. Exceptional lady’s retro design watch is 18kt pink gold set with a center row of twenty-two baguette synthetic rubies. The rubies are bordered with seven round brilliant cut diamonds on either side. The ruby band lifts to expose a Ulysse Nardin watch face with gun metal hands and black hour numbers on a white face. Engraved on the backside of the watch initials “RFB 6-29-1946”. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-63687 (4,500-5,500)
