ALLEN & THURBER BAR HAMMER PEPPERBOX. Cal. 32 Perc. Pocket size with 2-1/2”, 5 shot bbl cluster with fixed nipple shield and lightly engraved frame, bag shaped grip with 2-pc walnut grips. The left side of the hammer is marked Allen’s patent 1845. SN 141. CONDITION: Good, no original finish remains on the metal, being mostly a medium to dark brown patina. There are two spots of vice marks on bbl. Grips are sound and retain 80% original varnish. Good mechanics. 4-49299 JR297 (300-500)
