ASPREY 18KT GOLD, EMERALD, RUBY & DIAMOND NECKLACE AND EARRINGS. Exceptional necklace and earring set by renowned London jeweler Asprey is created of 18kt yellow gold links that have been hand textured and are interspersed with clusters of ruby and emerald cabochons as well as round brilliant cut diamonds. Necklace is marked “18k Asprey London”. According to a jeweler’s appraisal that accompanies the set the necklace is set with 43 round emerald cabochons, 24 round brilliant cut diamonds and 27 ruby cabochons. The diamonds have clarity grades of VS1 to VS2 and estimated color of F-G. Total diamond weight is approx. 3.37ct, total emerald weight is approx. 8.17ct and the total ruby weight is approx. 4.7ct. Total weight of the necklace is 63.8dwt. Necklace is accompanied by a matching pair of earrings with post backs and Omega clutch. Each earring is set with a ruby and emerald cabochon as well as a round brilliant cut diamond. Earring backs are stamped “14k”. Total weight of the earrings is 5.2dwt. Housed in its original Asprey & Company box with Seal of Oman. SIZE: Necklace is 16″ l. Earrings are 3/4″ l. PROVENANCE: Descended in the Oldman family. A gift from the Sultan of Oman.
