SPRINGFIELD MODEL 1873 TRAPDOOR CARBINE. Cal .45-70. 22” round bbl. Contains the cleaning rod/headless shell extractor in the compartment under the buttplate. Standard features and markings. SN 125297. CONDITION: Rust brown patina overall with hints of blue. Wood has been lightly sanded and refinished with a small crack at the rear lockplate screw and another at the tail of the lock. 4-49879 FS37 (600-1,000)
