18KT SAPPHIRE & DIAMOND RING. 18kt white gold lady’s dome shaped ring has center oval blue sapphire weighing 8.26ct. Stone is accompanied by a Gem Research Swiss Lab report identifying it as a natural sapphire with brilliant step cut measuring 11.72mm x 10.00mm x 7.95mm. Stone is surrounded by four panels of pave set diamonds; each panel is separated by a slightly raised white gold band set with single cut diamonds. Ring is unmarked but tests 18kt. SIZE: 8-1/2.
