INDIAN BEADED VEST. First half of the 20th Century. The woodlands vest having translucent turquoise bead ground with colorful floral panels in white, red, orange and blue. Printed fabric interior edged with buckskin. The vest back having a three blossom red flower in bead work. SIZE: 24″ h x 20″. PROVENANCE: Estate of Henry A. Rudkin Jr, (family of the founders of Pepperidge Farm). CONDITION: Bead work very good, rawhide edging with damage and losses. 9-99187 (400-600)
