HOMEMADE SINGLE SHOT PERCUSSION RIFLE. Cal. 54. NSN. Blacksmith made single shot utilizing a Colt revolving rifle bbl. Incomplete with only a hand forged skeleton metal stock. Missing all the internal parts, hammer & springs. Appears to have been an attempt to make an underhammer, muzzle loading rifle. CONDITION: Dark brown patina overall with some crusty rust on the bbl. 4-53170 JR442 (200-300)
