SMITH & WESSON MODEL #1 SECOND ISSUE REVOLVER WITH TINTYPE. Cal. 22 RF. SN 35510. Blued finish, 3-1/4” ribbed oct bbl with standard one line bbl marking. Frame is silver plated. Patent markings partially visible on cyl. Blade front sight, 2-pc smooth rosewood grips. Accompanied by a tintype in a gutta percha Union case with an image of a Union sergeant holding the same model revolver in his hand. CONDITION: Fair to good. Bbl, cyl, extractor, hammer, & cyl stop have been reblued. Frame retains 90% of tarnished silver. Grips have been refinished and both are warped. Bore is poor. Action is fine.
