HANDEL METAL OVERLAY PAPERWHITE TABLE LAMP. Eight white slag panels are decorated with a band of paperwhite narcissus blooms. The overall shade is decorated with the green foliage from this flower. The overlay pattern dictates the floral pattern while the foliage is obverse painted and then overlaid. The band of narcissus flowers is further accented by obverse yellow enamel. The shade is supported by a three socket Art Nouveau style base with embossed leaf design. Shade is signed on the aperture rim “Handel”. Base is stamped on the foot rim “Handel”. SIZE: Shade is 16″ dia. Overall 21″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with minor wear to patina on shade. 5-68991 (6,000-8,000)
