RARE DAUM NANCY RAIN SCENE VASE. Extremely rare and important vase of square form is enameled with earthen-hued trees with green grass and foliage in the background. This design is set against a gray, rose and green ground. The “rain” effect is created by scoring the glass down to its transparency. Very nice example of this pattern. Signed “Daum Nancy” with the Cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 4-1/4″ h. CONDITION: Overall very good to excellent. 5-68046 (8,000-10,000)
