HARPERS FERRY MODEL 1855 RIFLE MUSKET. .58 cal. w/ 40” part oct bbl. The ramrod and several screws are replacements. No cartouche. The spare nipple is missing from the patchbox. Dated 1859 on lock and bbl. CONDITION: Light to moderate pitting except on rear sight, which is probably a replacement also. Wood has been repaired, sanded, and refinished.
