LOT OF TWO BOXES OF SCARCE AMMUNITION. (1) 44 Colt in a Remington UMC, red label box with red band on plaid box and rnd corners. It has a picture of the cartridge on top, 210-grain bullet and marked on the end label “BLACK POWDER”. CONDITION: Open on three edges with one long side still sealed. Box has worn edges with moderate soil but the label is intact. Ammo is bright with a few spots of oxidation and oxidized bullets. (2) Full box of 44 RF short by Winchester, Stetson patent, green label with red band. CONDITION: Box is open, most of the band is missing. Label has moderate wear and a water spot or two with moderate soil. Sealed in plastic, cartridges were not examined. From the collection of the late Bruce McDowell. 4-54834-2 JR368 (400-700)
