PAIR OF TIFFANY STUDIOS CANDLESTICKS & SHADES. Pair of bronze single stem candlesticks are of simplistic styling with round saucer foot. Each candlestick supports a Tiffany glass tulip shade with a green pulled feather decoration on clambroth. Each shade is nicely ribbed and finished with a scalloped border. One is signed “S6863” and the other is signed “S6862” making them extremely early examples of Tiffany’s fine glass works. One candlestick is signed on the underside “Tiffany Studios 30057” and the other is signed “30023”. SIZE: Overall 21″ t. CONDITION: Candlesticks are very good to excellent. One shade has crudely rebuilt fitter and the other is very good to excellent. 5-68470 (1,500-2,500)
