PAIR OF LATE 19TH EARLY 20TH CENTURY OVERLAY CANDLESTICKS. Blue cut to opal cut to clear candlesticks having large and small punty cuts in a flattened dome foot. There is a six panel cut hollow stem and a deep six punty cut socket with a turned down 10 scallop cut rim. SIZE: 9 3/8″ tall. CONDITION: There is worn to the gilt decoration that was there to accentuate the cutting and the opal is heavily tinted blue. There is a teeny fish scale flake out of one on the punty cuts in the stem; otherwise they are in very good to excellent condition. 5-67124 (600-800)
