COMMEMORATIVE PORCELAIN PLAQUE Wonderful porcelain plaque was done to commemorate Louis Pasteur. Plaque is decorated with head of Pasteur in relief with a Laurel leaf headdress. The head of Pasteur is unglazed, while the Laurel leaf headdress and blue background are glazed. The plaque is printed with “Pasteur 1822-1895” and impressed with artist’s name “E. Lachenal”. SIZE: 9-1/4″ dia. CONDITION: Some very minor crazing, otherwise very good to excellent. 5-65237 (150-300)
