White house with red tile roof and large trees behind. Blue skies with white scattered clouds. A fine summer scene. Signed lower left “E. Sanchez Perrier”. “NO 6” in pencil on stretcher. Housed in its original fancy gold decorated gesso frame with gold liner and glass window. PROVENANCE: Originally from a fine Florida home; part of a collection that has descended in the same family since their purchase in the first quarter of the 20th C. SIZE: 10-3/4” x 9”.
