WEDGWOOD FAIRYLAND LUSTRE PUNCHBOWL. Wonderful Wedgwood Fairyland Lustre punchbowl is decorated on the exterior with the Poplar Tree pattern against a midnight lustre background. Interior of the bowl is decorated with the Woodland Bridge pattern showing arched bridges in the background with trees and water with fairies flying above the bridges and trees and others sitting and standing by the shore. The background sky is done in a lovely orange lustre and the bowl is finished with a center mermaid medallion. Signed on the underside with gold Portland vase mark, “Wedgwood Made in England”. SIZE: 11-1/8″ dia x 5-7/8″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some wear to gold gilt on interior. 5-67973 (6,000-8,000)
