TIFFANY DOUBLE STUDENT LAMP. Extremely nice Tiffany double student lamp has matching green damascene shades with ribbed bodies and gold iridescent damascene decoration showing platinum and pink highlights. Shades are signed on the fitter rim “LCT”. Shades are supported by a Moorish double arm adjustable student lamp base with twisted rope decoration and finished with a rich brown patina with strong green highlights. Base is signed on the attachment arm of one of the shade rings “Tiffany Studios New York”. An example of this base is pictured in the book Tiffany At Auction by Alastair Duncan on page 281, illus. 873. SIZE: Shades are 9-3/4″ & 9-7/8″ dia. Lamp is 29″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some very minor wear to patina. One very small dent to rope trim just below edge of oil can. Oil can has been shortened to accommodate wiring. 5-62074 (20,000-25,000)
