SMITH & WESSON 38 SAFETY HAMMERLESS 4TH MODEL REVOLVER. Cal. 38 S&W. Blued finish, 6” keyhole ribbed bbl with monogrammed black hard rubber grips that have a patent date on the base of the left side. SN 133901. CONDITION: Extremely fine, all matching except the grips which are numbered 141852. Bbl retains 97% strong bright original blue with 2 or 3 small spots of rust. Frame and sideplate retain about 90% original blue with the balance flaked to light patina and the cylinder about 95%. Bore is brilliant and shiny, fine mechanics.
