VALERIE SURJAN INTAGLIO CARVED VASE. Outstanding art glass vase is blown in red over orange glass and features a band of deeply carved peaches encircling the shoulder of the vase. Peaches are carved through the red glass to the orange layer below with nice shading. Vase is further decorated with acid etched leaves as well as horizontal banding. Signed on the underside “Valerie Surjan copyright 1988”, number “1885” and “Nourot”. SIZE: 7-1/2″ t. PROVENANCE: From the Collection of Dr. & Mrs. Ivan Cohen.
