STEVE TOBIN GLASS SCULPTURE. Wonderful Steve Tobin sculpture from the Door Series. Has heavy cast glass body with smoky colored glass and swirls of red and brown. The bottom section of the sculpture has unpolished cast body with three vertical ridges leading to a polished curved dome at the top in clear glass with yellow and red swirls on the interior. The dome is further highlighted by a series of intentional vertical fractures. Unsigned. SIZE: 16-1/2″ t x 15-1/2″ w. PROVENANCE: From the Collection of Dr. & Mrs. Ivan Cohen. CONDITION: Very good with some minor shallow flakes to bottom edge. 5-62857 (1,000-2,000)
