TIFFANY STUDIOS DAFFODIL TABLE LAMP. Conical shape shade begins with an outrageous blue background representing the sky. The long stemmed daffodils droop down from the geometric aperture. Their foliage covers most of the surface and the blossoms are in various stages of bloom appearing mainly above the three rows of the geometric border. The colors used in the stems are an ethereal green, mottled with other earthen hues. The flowers are constructed in a multitude of yellows, butterscotch and cream. The shade is supported by a bronze twisted vine base with four sockets, riser, wheel and pierced top cap. The entire lamp carries a gold finish. Shade is signed “Tiffany Studios New York 1497” and the base is signed “Tiffany Studios New York 443”. SIZE: Shade is 20″ dia. Lamp is 27″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with very few, if any hairlines. Wear to gold commensurate with age. 5-62024 (40,000-50,000)
