H.G. CLEVELAND TABLE LAMP.

H.G. CLEVELAND TABLE LAMP. Cleveland table lamp has hexagonal mesh shade with copper bands separating each mesh section. The top of the shade is a hexagonal copper plate riveted to each separation band and decorated with delicate cutouts of a circle and five rays pointing towards the center of the plate. Mesh panels are backed on the interior with heavy paper. Shade rests on a copper base with raised floral design extending out from the center in two small sections. The stem is decorated with three applied copper leaves at the base. Finished in a rich brown patina. Shade is unsigned. Base is signed “H.G. Cleveland Boston”. SIZE: Shade is 17-1/2″ at its widest points. Lamp is 19-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Very good with discoloration and cracking to paper liner. 5-67530 (1,000-1,500)
