HANDEL TROPICAL SUNSET DESK LAMP. Handel desk lamp has metal overlay shade with palm trees set against bent panels of Handel sunset glass. The skirt of the shade has stylized “S” design set against striated green glass. The metal overlay has a rich brown patina. Shade is housed in a Handel desk lamp base with bulbous platform with impressed chain design encircling the foot. Platform supports an adjustable curved arm which holds the socket and shade. Base has a rich brown finish and is signed with applied cloth tag “Handel”. SIZE: Shade is 7-1/8″ dia at its widest. Lamp is 15-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some blistering and discoloration to finish on base. 5-67539 (2,500-3,000)
