DUFFNER & KIMBERLY ROMAN TABLE LAMP. Intricately created shade begins with an ornate bronze top that extends downward into irregularly shaped glass of orange and mauve with a green striated plume decoration in the center and swirls of glass emanating from this design in a multitude of colors. In between these four center focal points is a design of art nouveau shaped leaves in various shades of green glass. The four smaller panels end in bronze ornamentation that replicated the top. This shade represents the epitome of the art nouveau period with its elaborate design and extensive coloration. The shade is supported by a four socket base with four acorn pulls and extends downward into a gently ribbed shaft ending in four large acanthus leaves on four claw feet. The entire lamp has a desirable gold finish that has patinated perfectly over the years. SIZE: Shade is 21″ dia. Lamp is 28-1/2″ t.
