ALBERT LUDOVICI (British, 1820-1894) LONDON STREET URCHINS. Oil on board scene shows thirteen young children playing amongst storage kegs with a dog and two chickens. A man is seen with red cap and stick coming toward the kids through an opening in the wall. Signed with artist monogram and dated “1861” lower right. Housed in an antique gesso decorated frame.
