FIVE CREAMWARE MOCHAWARE ARTICLES. 19th Century. Including a large bulbous pitcher with chocolate brown S-decorations within ovals on a tan glaze band, the applied handle with leaf tips. The second a cann with incised checkerboard design, a small bulbous creamer with strap handle;a chocolate checkerboard alternating with blue-gray bands, the lid with floral finial; a 7-1/2″ bowl with dendritic blue seaweed decoration on a cream band with blue line border; a small cup with dendritic seaweed decoration. SIZE: Pitcher 8-1/2″ h; Cann 5-3/4″ h; Creamer 5-3/4″ h; Bowl 3″ h; Cup 2-3/4″ h. PROVENANCE: From the private collection of Dorothy-Lee Jones. CONDITION: Pitcher with slight roughness and discoloration to handle and spout. Cann with a vertical hairline crack from top of rim to bottom. Milk pitcher is very good.
