HANDEL REVERSE PAINTED TABLE LAMP. Domical shaped shade is reverse painted with three large and colorful parrots perched on branches with floral blossoms and green foliage on a marbleized white ground. Further accenting this day are streaks of color in pink, periwinkle, teal and blue. Shade is supported by a three socket Handel base of high Art Nouveau styling having three cabriole legs all on a circular marble foot. Shade is signed on inside lower rim “Handel 7128 PAL” (Palme) as well as on shade ring “Handel Lamps PAT ID. No. 979664”. SIZE: Shade is 18″ dia. Lamp is 24-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent with base showing signs of wear, one replaced pull chain and replaced felt on underside. 5-64395 (11,000-15,000)
