REMINGTON-BEALS NAVY 4TH VARIATION PERCUSSION REVOLVER. Cal. 36 Perc. SN 4687. Blued finish, 7-1/2” oct bbl with crisp markings, dovetail German silver cone front sight, silver plated brass triggerguard with 2-pc smooth walnut grips that are carved on bottom of left grip “JHW” and on the bottom of right grip “DB.”. Approximately 8,000 of this variation were produced circa late 1861. CONDITION: Good. Metal shows careful cleaning. Grip screw replaced, shows minor handling marks. Enhanced patina.
