OLEG STAVROWSKY (American, 1927-) “TEAMWORK”. Outstanding large oil on canvas western scene shows two cowboys atop horses on the range roping steer against a green grass background and having several cattle present. The artist has painted the seen from a high vantage point looking down at the two ropers. Signed lower left. Also titled and signed on reverse. Housed in a gilt carved wood wide frame. An accomplished illustrative artist, Stavrowsky changed to western art after being influenced by a trip to Oklahoma City and the Cowboy Hall of Fame. SIZE: 60″ x 40″. Overall: 68″ x 48″.
