MONUMENTAL MOSER APPLIED DECORATED VASE. Three dimensional bird design is intricately molded and enameled and is finished with a glass eye. Encircling the bottom of the vase is an enameled pattern of water lilies, lily pads and cattails. This realistically enameled pattern is set again a clear to amethyst ground. The vase is completed at top rim with gold gilding. Unsigned. SIZE: 16″ t. PROVENANCE: From a private west Texas collection. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with minor wear to gold at rim. 5-65955 (1,500-2,500)
