The linen pennant of tapering rectangular form with swallowtail fly, the upper and lower borders a single line of five-pointed white stars on a blue ground, centering the plain field embroidered with “ALBANY. NO. 23”. SIZE: 13′ l. x 6’6″ (at widest). CONDITION: Very good overall. Several small holes, tears, and areas of thinness throughout due to usage and exposure to elements.
