EARL CUNNINGHAM (American, 1893-1977) VIKING SHIPS AND ISLAND. Unframed oil on masonite scene shows two Viking ships with white sails on a mustard/orange sea dotted with white splashes, three ducks and two white sailboats. A sky of red, yellow and brown is seen beyond a central square island having two trees and colorful rock border. Unsigned. SIZE: 12″ x 16″. PROVENANCE: Recently found in a New England home.
