JOHN MORGAN & SONS GRAPE FLOOR LAMP. Very nice John Morgan & Son grape leaded shade has a top section of twenty vertical bent panels leading to the wide skirt of the shade which has alternating grape clusters and four petaled flowers. Grape clusters are made up of purple and red cabochon jewels and are bordered by nicely rippled green shaded glass. Shade rests on a floor lamp base with acanthus leaf decoration at each of the four feet and four hammered panels leading up to the three sided stem and finishing with a three socket cluster. Base is done in a rich brown patina with strong green highlights. SIZE: Shade is 24″ dia. Lamp is 59″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent with very few tight hairlines in the border panels and no hairlines in the upper portion bent panels. Base is very good to excellent with only minor wear and discoloration to patina. 5-61164 (6,000-8,000)
