This long flowery testimonial, written by E.H. Allison, in 1899 states that he knew Goose for 32 years. Accompanying is a pass for Strongheart, Chief off the Blackfeet dated 1865, advising passage to Fort Sully, Dakota Territory to meet the Peace Commission. Signed “John G. Clark”.
