Lot includes: 1) 4 piece 9″ serving set; marked “Asprey London”, hallmarked Sheffield 1927. 2) A 12″ straining spoon; hallmarked “1804 London”, maker’s mark “S(dot) A”. 3) Pair of 9″ spoons; hallmarked 1832 London “WC”. 4) 5 5-3/4″ spoons; hallmarked London 1811, makers mark “SH”. 5) Pair 7″ sauce ladles; hallmarked “London 1789-90″ by Samuel Godbehere & Edward Wigan. 6) A 7” shell-shaped ladle with illegible hallmarks engraved with crest “Forget Not”. 7) 2 Georgian 5-1/2″ engraved sugar tongs; one hallmarked “GB & TH”, the other “SH”. 8) 4-1/2″ scissor form sugar tongs; maker’s mark “GC”. 9) 9-3/4″ toast tongs; hallmarked 1824/25 London “WC”, possibly William Chawner. 10) 3 6″ early style gilt spoons; hallmarked London 1936 “S&S Ltd.” 11) 5 assorted 3″ tea caddy spoons; maker’s marks include “JS”, “IB”, “GB”, “SP” and one unmarked.
